Build a procedural rock stack in Cinema 4D using the Mograph toolset.
Then walk through a basic rock material setup in Redshift.
In this eight minute tutorial learn how to use the Voronoi Fracture object to create cracked or stacked rock from input geometry. You will discover how to create clusters by using Geometry Glue, adding deformation, adjusting the fragment shapes to create a layered effect and working with effectors for additional detail.
We also run through the basic rock material in Redshift, using multiple Maxon Noise shaders composited with a Color Layer node and used for diffuse, reflection and displacement.
