from Mograph Plus

In this series of tutorials, over more than 3 hours, you will go through the process of creating advanced 3D motion graphics in Realflow and Cinema 4D.

This is a project-based tutorial series in which you will take one motion graphic design and see how to create that motion graphic from scratch.

In this course you will recreate this professional 3D motion graphic:

Realflow & Cinema 4D Training - Advanced 3D Motion Graphics from helloluxx

You will begin by importing a logo from Illustrator to Cinema 4D, in Cinema 4D you create your 3D logo and export it to Realflow so you can start your fluid simulation inside RealFlow. After the simulation is completed, the meshing process starts in which you will generate meshes from your particles, then the whole fluid simulation is imported back into Cinema 4D in order to start preparing the scene for final render.

The lighting is one of the most challenging parts of this tutorial. When you deal with refractive and reflective surfaces you should pay special attention to your lighting, this training shows you how to create your own simple and highly effective lighting rigs and how to create awesome reflections using those lights. That is how breath-taking renders will be achieved without having to use global illumination.

Next you will go through the process of preparing your scene for final renders. You will learn how to set-up cameras and how to set-up depth of field and other passes. Render settings will be discussed and what steps are required before going for the final render.

The process of complete multi-pass rendering in Cinema 4D and After Effects will also be discussed. During this process you will combine different passes like reflection, refraction, shadows, diffuse … etc., to achieve your final render in order to have complete control over the render, even after it is finished.
